Sue Lacy, President

Sue Lacy has worked relentlessly over the last 30 years to bring residents, companies, community leaders and policy-makers together to inform decision-making. She mediates large-scale public meetings, helps design and facilitate strategic planning and culture-change initiatives, and leads cross-sector collaboration within organizations and communities. Sue's work has helped to inform the rebuilding of New Orleans, the redesign of Cleveland schools and numerous other community-building efforts. Her involvement with ConxusNEO began in 2015 with her support of the late County Executive Russ Pry’s efforts to build a more demand-driven talent system. Serving as the Fund for Our Economic Future’s Akron Manager for Growth & Opportunity, Sue was inspired to get even more involved and accepted the leadership position here at ConxusNEO. Previously, she co-founded Round River Consulting where she helped a wide range of organizations focus priorities, leverage strategic partnerships and resolve conflict both here in Summit County and across the country.
